Genk will be without Kevin De Bruyne, who has a broken toe, so Anthony Limbombe comes in to take the midfielder's place. Abel Masuero (calf), David Hubert (stomach) and Hyland (sprained ankles) also unavailable, but coach Mario Been will be able to call on captain Jeroen Simaeys, who has recovered from a broken toe. Jelle Vossen is a doubt after he missed Friday's 2-0 defeat to Beerschot AC through illness.
Leverkusen are missing Tranquillo Barnetta, Renato Augusto, René Adler (all knee) and Omer Toprak (back). Karim Bellarabi and Hanno Balitsch have been sidelined with thigh injuries but Bastian Oczipka and Michael Ortega have recovered from ankle and knee injuries respectively.

Mario Been (Genk): "I used the 7-0 loss that we suffered in Valencia to motivate the players to do better against Bayer. We will not go out of the Champions League with shame hanging over us."
